SUMMARY:National School Social Work Certification - October 2026 Cohort
DESCRIPTION:Become a National Certified School Social Worker (NCSSW)! NCSSW is a self-paced (asynchronous)\, virtual portfolio process that operates in a Cohort model. Register for NCSSW anytime during the registration window for the upcoming Cohort. Upon approval of your application\, you will receive an email with instructions about accessing course content via SSWAAed (SSWAA's online learning management system) along with an invoice. Payment must be made in full prior to gaining access to certification course content in SSWAAed. Candidates have one year (from Cohort start date) to complete the process. Because National Certification is an ongoing\, self-paced process\, refunds are not available. Certification is valid for three years\, at which time NCSSWs must become re-certified (see 'NCSSW Re-certification' for more information).
