National School Social Work Certification - July 2026 Cohort

SSWAA Members are able to apply for National Certification, which is a self-paced portfolio process. NCSSW operates as a Cohort model - Register for NCSSW at any time during the registration for the upcoming Cohort. Applications are accepted and reviewed during the registration window up to one week prior to the Cohort's start date. Candidates have one year (from Cohort start date) to complete the process. Upon approval of your application, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment must be made in full prior to gaining access to certification course content within SSWAAed (the online learning management system). Because National Certification is an ongoing, self-paced process, refunds are not available. Certification is valid for three years, at which time the certified SSW must become re-certified (see 'NCSSW Re-certification' for more information). Reach out to PDLearning@sswaa.org with questions.
